BlueOptimum Plus (Most Popular)
A preferred provider organization (PPO) plan with copays covering in-network services such as office visits and urgent care.  Choose from eight deductible levels.

BlueValue Plus (Value Priced)
A PPO plan with a mix of copay and coinsurance cost sharing, and flexibility of fixed generic prescription copays.  Choose from eight deductible levels.

BlueEssential Plus (Low Cost)
A low cost PPO plan with basic coverage and copays for three primary care physician (PCP) office visits per year.  Choose from eight deductible levels.

BluePortfolio Plus (HSA Compatible)
A qualified high deductible PPO plan for use with a health savings account (HSA).  Choose from three deductible levels.

Exclusions and limitations applicable to Individual and Family Plans. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements for BCBSAZ individual coverage including qualifying for coverage under BCBSAZ medical underwriting guidelines. Pre-existing condition waiting periods and waivers may also apply.

Senior Security Plans A, C, F and N
These plans offer the most flexibility and choice with no "service area" restrictions. You'll have full Medicare supplemental insurance coverage while traveling throughout the United States. Senior Preferred  Plan C and N
Medicare Select (Available in Maricopa, Pima and Pinal counties only)
With Senior Preferred Plan C, you’ll have lower premiums than with Senior Security Plan C, as well as access to over 11,000 providers in the Senior Preferred network in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties. Because you are not required to have a primary care physician direct your care, you have the freedom to choose any Senior Preferred physician you want to see. Plus, you have no waiting period for pre-existing conditions.

Short Term Medical offered by IHC Health Solutions

AZ Secure Saver (Short Term Medical)
Next day coverage available for any time period from 1-12 months. Child only policies available for ages 2-18. Plan comes with a domestic emergency benefit, unlimited re-applications, no waiting periods and the ability to purchase a drug card. Online application takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
