(HSA). Several deductible options are available.
BluePreferred Basic (Value
Priced)
An economical lower premium, high-deductible
PPO plan with a copay for primary care physicians
in the Preferred Provider network. Plan comes
with prescription coverage and several deductible
options are available.
BlueSelect (Includes
Maternity Benefit)*
A health maintenance organization (HMO) plan.
Two plan options: Benefit Plan Two covers most
services with a copay. Benefit Plan Three has
higher copays and deductible and coinsurance
apply to inpatient facility charges.

for this benefit. Other limitations or exclusions
may also apply.
BlueClassic (Flexibility
in Choice of Provider)
An indemnity plan with limited provider restrictions.
Several deductible options available.
BlueClassic Saver (HSA
Compatible)
A high deductible indemnity plan with limited
provider restrictions that meets federal requirements
to use with a health savings account (HSA).
**AAA members
may be eligible for a 5% premium rate discount
off the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona published
rates on the individual health Insurance for
those under age 65. BCBSAZ Discounts may vary
and may not apply to all plans. Applicants must
meet all eligibility requirements for BCBSAZ
individual coverage including qualifying for
coverage under BCBSAZ medical underwriting guidelines.
Pre-existing condition waiting periods and waivers
may also apply.

Senior Security Plans A, C and F
These plans offer the most flexibility and choice with no "service area" restrictions. You'll have full Medicare supplemental insurance coverage while traveling throughout the United States. You have the complete freedom to see any Medicare participating doctor - even a specialist - without a referral and wherever you want within the United States. Senior Preferred Plan C
Medicare Select (Available in Maricopa, Pima
and Pinal counties only)
With Senior Preferred
Plan C, you’ll have lower premiums than with
Senior Security Plan C, as well as access to
over 11,000 providers in the Senior Preferred
network in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties.
Because you are not required to have a primary
care physician direct your care, you have the
freedom to choose any Senior Preferred physician
you want to see. Plus, you have no waiting
period for pre-existing conditions.
